Davai – Terms of Use

Davai is provided under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). The terms below add the details of Davai's free content, purchases and subscriptions. If they conflict with Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA applies.

Free content

The alphabet, the first three chapters and several vocabulary packs are free and do not expire. Davai does not require an account.

Full access

Full access opens every chapter and every vocabulary pack in the course. It is offered as a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may differ by country.

• Billing: payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. Apple processes every payment.
• Renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the same length and price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Free trial: when a free trial is offered, it is shown in the app before you subscribe. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription starts and is charged. Any unused part of a trial ends when you buy.
• Cancelling: manage or cancel a subscription in your device's Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
• Lifetime: the one-time purchase does not renew and gives full access for as long as Davai is offered.
• Restoring: use “Restore a previous purchase” in Davai's settings or on the purchase screen to restore access on another device with the same Apple Account.
• Refunds: refunds are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Course content

Davai's lessons, stories, illustrations and recordings are for your personal learning. Some example sentences come from openly licensed sources and are credited in the app. We work to keep the Russian accurate and keep improving the course, and content may change between versions. Davai is a learning aid; it does not certify a language level.
